  2. Well done Chris Breen for a convincing & compelling response to Brad Chilcott’s position. Whilst Brad seems to think we must forego a core demand of the refugee campaign to effect any positive asylum seeker policy changes,I absolutely agree with Chris that it is unnecessary and counter-productive to capitulate on our stance against boat turnbacks. As Chris states, public opinion can and has changed before and can do so again without us compromising what we stand for.
